Tim Charlesworth studied at Leeds Polytechnic before enjoying 10 years work experience with a large national firm of quantity surveyors. He joined the practice in 1995.

Chris Pearson studied at Leeds Polytechnic before joining the practice in 1979.

Colin Charlesworth established the practice in 1966 and now acts as a consultant.
